2011

• Setanta Consulting was formed with the aim of providing professional coaching for IT and business professionals.

2012

• Passionate about growing the leadership capability across New Zealand we joined the speaking circuit and haven’t stopped since…sharing our passion is easy to do!

2014

• We launched our first series of leadership training workshops which were very well received and are still in demand.
• We published our first eBook which identifies the most common coaching objectives our clients engage us for and we tell you how you can achieve these yourself.

2015

• We started the Wellington Leadership Group which boasts over 1,000 members.  Meeting monthly we talk about the many aspects of leadership and all our meetings have a strong practical element to them.
• We launched the LEAD programme, a series of evening workshops focusing on four critical skills for emerging leaders.

2016

• Expanding our reach and increasing our capability we identified several partners that we would like to work closely with.  Check out who we’re proud to align ourselves with on our partners page.

2017

• We rebranded as Results Coaching and our aim is still very much focused on delivering excellent service to our valued clients.  We are here to help you expand your horizons and get more out of your life and your career.
• We started the Wellington Coaches Network to bring together coaches from all backgrounds to share our knowledge and experience and to grow the coaching profession in Wellington and New Zealand.
