This is were we start to make measurable progress as we move toward achieving your goals! We work through each of your objectives and, when necessary, go a little deeper to uncover the drivers that might be preventing you from achieving what it is you’d like to achieve.
To ensure you get the maximum value out of your investment we like to give assignments that will further advance our coaching conversations. These rarely take up too much time and largely fit into and around your daily routines.
Our goal is to serve you in every way possible; therefore, during our time together we like to check in from time to time to ensure we’re on the right track and you’re getting everything you need.
Once you have achieved your goals we wrap up our coaching meetings. We always like to check in over a coffee or a phone call a few weeks after we’ve finished just to make sure things are continuing to go well for you.
